The large ensuite bathroom features walk-in rain shower, natural light and ample space to spread out. The apartment has ducted air-con throughout, offering cooling and heating to each room of the apartment, including the bedrooms.
What is the check in time?
All our rooms are guaranteed to be available after 3:00 PM.

Until what time is the hotel open?
Our team is available from 10am until Midnight, Monday to Saturday and 10am to 10pm Sunday. Guests departing prior to our opening time of 10am can checkout online.

ID is required at the time of check-in. The following ID is accepted: passport, driver’s licence, any type of ID valid for travel. Your data will only be used for identification, age verification and security purposes.

Taxi or Uber?
Both Taxi’s and Ubers can be booked or hailed from Newcastle Airport to our hotel. This is a recommended option for our guests and costs around $35 on average
Free onsite parking is available, subject to availability. Unfortunately we are unable to book a parking space for you. If our parking is full, there is also complimentary, untimed street parking nearby.
Can you store my luggage?
We are happy to keep your luggage on the day of your arrival and departure, as long as storage space is available.

There are no laundry or dry-cleaning facilities at the hotel, but guests can visit Newcastle Dry Cleaners, just a 3 minute walk from the property.
